DEKA Again Pro Plus
Laser hair reduction
DEKA Again Pro Plus combines Alexandrite (755nm) and Nd:YAG (1064nm) wavelengths in a single platform, so the wavelength can be matched to skin type and hair depth. Alexandrite suits lighter skin and finer hair; Nd:YAG reaches deeper follicles and is safer on darker skin. Fast pulse rates cover large areas quickly, and a contact cooling tip protects the surface during each pulse. Sessions run from a few minutes on small zones to around forty on full legs, and are usually described as a warm snap rather than a sharp sting. A course of sessions is needed to reduce regrowth.

Lumenis Splendor X
Hair reduction and vascular
Lumenis Splendor X pairs Alexandrite and Nd:YAG in a single square-shaped beam, delivered through a Blend X handpiece that fires both wavelengths simultaneously. It is used both for hair reduction across a wide range of skin types and for surface vascular lesions such as facial redness and small vessels. The square spot leaves no gaps between passes, so a full treatment area is covered in fewer pulses. Contact cooling runs continuously during each pulse. Sessions feel like a brief warm pinch, and a course is spaced across several weeks to work with the hair growth cycle.

XERF
Skin tightening
XERF delivers monopolar radiofrequency energy through the surface of the skin to warm the deeper dermis, where heat prompts existing collagen to contract and new collagen to form over the following weeks. It is used on the face, neck and body for gradual tightening without breaking the skin. A cooled applicator keeps the surface comfortable while the target depth heats. This unit is at the Al Ma'abilah centre only. Sessions run around thirty to sixty minutes depending on the area, and feel like a warm massage. Results build over two to three months as collagen remodels.

DEKA SmartXide Punto
Skin resurfacing, fractional laser
DEKA SmartXide Punto is a fractional CO2 laser. Instead of treating the full surface at once, it delivers thousands of microscopic beams that create controlled channels through the skin, leaving untreated tissue in between as a healing scaffold. This drives resurfacing of scars from acne and injury, refines fine lines, and evens out texture. Downtime depends on the depth chosen for the session, from a few days of redness for lighter passes to about a week of visible healing for deeper work. Topical numbing is applied first, and the sensation during the pulse is warm and prickly.
Treats: Acne & scars, Anti-ageing & lifting

Lutronic Ultra
Skin resurfacing and pigmentation
Lutronic Ultra uses a 1927nm thulium wavelength, which sits in the water absorption band and treats the top layers of the skin without ablating the surface. The beam is delivered in a fractional pattern for skin resurfacing, texture refinement, and pigment such as melasma and sun damage. Because the surface stays intact, downtime is short: usually a couple of days of pink flush and light peeling. Sessions take around twenty to thirty minutes with topical numbing beforehand, and feel like a warm sandy scratch. A course of three to four sessions spaced roughly a month apart is typical.
Treats: Skin brightening & pigmentation, Acne & scars

Lutronic Clarity II
Hair reduction and vascular
Lutronic Clarity II is a dual-wavelength platform that runs Alexandrite (755nm) and long-pulse Nd:YAG (1064nm) from the same handpiece. Alexandrite is used for hair reduction on lighter skin and finer hair, while Nd:YAG reaches deeper follicles and is the safer choice on darker skin. The same wavelengths also treat surface vascular lesions such as facial redness and leg vessels. Real-time skin temperature monitoring and contact cooling protect the surface during each pulse. Sessions feel like a warm snap, and a course spaced several weeks apart works with the hair growth cycle.

Jeisys ULTRAcel Q+
HIFU lifting
Jeisys ULTRAcel Q+ is a high-intensity focused ultrasound platform. It sends ultrasound energy to precise depths in the skin and underlying SMAS layer, creating tiny thermal coagulation points that trigger tightening and collagen remodelling over the following months. Different cartridges target different depths, so the same session can address the SMAS for lift and shallower layers for surface tightening. Sessions last around forty-five to sixty minutes with no downtime, and are usually described as brief warm pulses at each shot. Results build gradually over eight to twelve weeks as collagen reorganises, and a single session is common.
Treats: Anti-ageing & lifting

Wontech Majesty
Pico laser
Wontech Majesty is a picosecond Nd:YAG laser. Its pulses last trillionths of a second, delivering energy fast enough to shatter pigment particles by acoustic effect rather than heat. It is used for tattoo clearing across most ink colours, for melasma and sun-damaged pigment, and for overall skin rejuvenation through a diffractive lens attachment that produces controlled micro-injuries. Sessions are short, usually ten to twenty minutes, and feel like a rapid series of light snaps against the skin. Multiple sessions are needed for pigment and tattoo work, spaced several weeks apart to let the body clear broken pigment.
Treats: Skin brightening & pigmentation, Medical dermatology

Scarlet RF
RF microneedling
Scarlet RF combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy. Fine insulated needles enter the skin to a controlled depth, then deliver a short RF pulse into the dermis without damaging the surface. The energy heats a small volume of tissue and triggers collagen remodelling over the following weeks. It is used to refine acne scars, tighten mild laxity, and improve overall skin texture. Topical numbing is applied first. Sessions run around thirty to forty-five minutes, with redness lasting a day or two afterwards. A short course spaced three to four weeks apart is typical, and results build gradually.
Treats: Acne & scars

Fotona 4D
Non-surgical lifting
Fotona 4D is a multi-modal platform that runs Nd:YAG and Er:YAG wavelengths across four different treatment steps in the same session. The steps work at different depths, from inside the mouth through the cheek to the surface of the skin, together addressing facial contour, texture, and firmness without incisions. The same platform is also used for acne management and for hair growth support. Sessions typically last around an hour with no downtime beyond mild redness, and are usually described as intermittent warmth. A course spaced several weeks apart is used, with results building over the following months.
Treats: Anti-ageing & lifting, Hair restoration

Rigenera Activa
Autologous hair regeneration
Rigenera Activa is an autologous micrografting system. A small sample of scalp tissue is taken from the patient, then processed through the device to isolate a suspension of active cells, growth factors, and matrix fragments. This suspension is placed back into thinning areas of the scalp to support the existing follicles and encourage regrowth. Because the material comes from the patient, there is no external cell source. The procedure is done under local anaesthetic in a single visit, and downtime is limited to mild scalp tenderness. Response is assessed over the months that follow.
Treats: Hair restoration

Excimer
Vitiligo and psoriasis
The Excimer system delivers a focused 308nm UVB beam directly to affected patches of skin. In vitiligo, the wavelength stimulates the remaining melanocytes in and around the patch to migrate and produce pigment. In psoriasis, it dampens the overactive immune response driving the plaque. Because the beam is aimed only at affected skin, healthy surrounding areas receive no exposure, and each pulse lasts only seconds. Sessions themselves are short, usually a few minutes total, and are given two or three times a week. Response is assessed over a course of visits.
